The GE dryer is defective, and they sent a technician to fix it without the necessary parts. They are asking me to wait three weeks to see if they can fix it. Be cautious because I reported the issue within the 48-hour replacement period, and they assured me that a technician would come with all the required parts. However, they sent a technician without the parts. I even offered to send them a video and pictures of the problem to ensure they come prepared. Now, after 48 hours, they are refusing to provide a replacement. I am extremely upset. I have spent a week talking to different people at Home Depot and GE, and it has been a frustrating experience. I am still stuck with a defective dryer, wasting almost five hours of my time, and I am still waiting for a replacement or refund.

I placed an order online through their website after checking several stores. The website indicated that the items I wanted were available at my local store, so I proceeded with the order. The following day, I received an email advising me to request cancellation. In an attempt to clarify the situation, I reached out to a chat representative who informed me that the items were actually out of stock. This was frustrating because I had ordered enough to qualify for free shipping, but now I would have to pay for delivery. When I asked the representative about the cost, she abruptly ended the chat without providing any information. Determined to resolve the issue, I found a customer service phone number and called. However, the woman I spoke to argued with me, claiming that none of my order was cancelled or out of stock. She also insisted that I couldn't cancel my order since it was placed the previous day. She even mentioned that she had checked the email sent to me and it did not mention a request for cancellation. Instead of arguing further, I decided to wait until Monday to see what would happen. To my dismay, I received four emails stating that my ordered items were on backorder and had been cancelled by the company. This experience has left me with a strong aversion to ever ordering or buying anything from them again. Additionally, the customer representative I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unpleasant.

Mr. Rodriguez, Enrique, who is employed at the Home Depot near the Hutchinson Parkway in the Bronx, NYC, is an exceptional employee. He went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Unlike the other employees in this store who were impolite and indifferent towards their responsibilities, Enrique displayed remarkable dedication. I have great respect for you, Mr. Rodriguez, and commend your excellent work ethics.

I placed an order for an AC window unit, but it didn't arrive on the promised day. Three days later, when I decided to cancel the order, I expected the refund to be processed quickly. However, I had to make a call and was informed that it would take seven to ten days to receive the refund. Unfortunately, even after that time frame passed, I still hadn't received it. I called again, and now they claim that the refund has been approved and I should expect it within three to five days. This whole process has taken over three weeks. Based on my experience, I do not recommend their online services.

The Home Depot located in El Paso off Rojas is undoubtedly one of the worst stores I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The customer service is abysmal, to say the least. It is incredibly frustrating that one cannot even place an order for an appliance until 9am, despite the store opening its doors at 7am.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with online shopping and store pickup! I placed an order on June 18, 2023, and the tracking information indicated that it would be delivered to the store on Thursday, June 22. When I called on Thursday, the automated system said it had been delivered and was being prepared. However, when I spoke to customer service later in the day, they informed me that it had not been delivered. The next day, the same situation occurred, but this time they said it was in Durham and would be delivered on Friday. They assured me that they would notify me, but that never happened. On Saturday, I called again and was told that only one of the two boxes had been delivered. I questioned why there were two boxes when I had ordered a pair of chaise lounge chairs. They couldn't provide an answer and said they would check with FedEx and get back to me, but they never did. I waited two more days and on Monday, I called the national customer service because the automated store information still claimed that the items were in the store, despite employees saying otherwise. The representative informed me that the order had actually arrived on Thursday in one box containing both loungers, weighing 89 pounds. He called the store and, to my surprise, it had been there all along since Thursday. Christina at the Cary store seemed annoyed when I called her on two separate occasions and never provided any accurate information. Was she too lazy to check or just inept? As a result, I was unable to use the loungers over the weekend for my company. The customer service at the Cary, NC Home Depot was absolutely terrible.

I had lumber and decking delivered, but upon inspecting the decking, I discovered three pieces that had been damaged by the forklift. This marks the fourth occasion on which I have contacted the store to request replacement decking in order to complete my deck. Each time, I have been assured that someone will investigate the matter and return my call. However, despite making four phone calls, I have yet to receive any response. Consequently, my deck remains unfinished due to the lack of customer service from Home Depot. It seems like it's time for me to switch to shopping at Lowe's. - Jim

This is absolutely terrible. I received an empty box from them, and despite my efforts to resolve the issue, all they have to offer after their so-called "investigation" is that the package was delivered. I have repeatedly informed them that a box was indeed delivered, but the items I paid for are missing. The box arrived undamaged and showed no signs of tampering. I had ordered an impact for myself and another one for my dad as a Father's Day gift. Words cannot express how incredibly upset I am right now.

I received my bill for $7442.46 and paid it before the due date, totaling $7443. However, in the following month, I incurred a charge of $268.03. Additionally, I was surprised to see a $71.93 interest fee. When I contacted customer service, the representative was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for the interest charge. He mentioned that it was due to the new purchase amount of $268, resulting in the interest fee. Frustrated, I informed him that I would be taking my business elsewhere. In response, he nonchalantly stated that Home Depot does not value loyal customers. As a result, I have decided to never step foot in a Home Depot store again.

I have placed multiple orders on Home Depot's website and my experiences have been consistently positive. Whether I'm purchasing items worth $100 or over $2000, the quality of the products has always been great. These orders have included tools, toilets, bathroom vanities, and more. My most recent purchase was a 72" 800 lb Vanity, which was $100 cheaper than the sale price at Lowes. It is scheduled to arrive in 5 days from the date of order. I usually compare prices before making a purchase, and I have found that Home Depot often offers the best prices for products on sale. Additionally, the free shipping to my home has been a great advantage. The items are shipped promptly and, with the exception of one instance, have always arrived on or before the estimated delivery date.
